Terms & Conditions – VEGETO

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vegeto mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these terms in accordance with Sharia law and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Vegeto is owned and operated by Anas Arangikkal.

2. Definitions

  • App: The Vegeto mobile application.
  • User / Consumer: Any individual using the App to browse or place orders.
  • Agreement: These Terms & Conditions governing the relationship between Vegeto and the user.

3. User Eligibility

By using Vegeto, you confirm that:

  • You have full legal capacity.
  • You are at least 13 years old.
  • You bear full responsibility for any breach of this requirement.

4. Use of the App

Users agree:

  • To use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Not to misuse, manipulate, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
  • Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

Vegeto reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

5. Accounts & Registration

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential.
  • Vegeto may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

6. Orders & Payments

Payment Method: All orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

No online payments, subscriptions, or card transactions are involved. Order acceptance is subject to product availability and delivery feasibility.

7. Cancellations

  • Since orders are COD-based, refunds are not applicable.
  • Order cancellation depends on the order status and delivery stage.
  • Vegeto reserves the right to refuse cancellations once an order is out for delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including logos, designs, images, text, and software, is the exclusive property of Vegeto and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an “as-is” basis. Vegeto shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential losses

10. Account Termination

Users may delete their accounts directly from within the App. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
